- Employer Representation and Corporate Law
- Guiding employers regarding I-9 regulations, negotiating employer sanctions with the
government, advising employers as to employee issues regarding H, L or J visas, helping
overseas companies start operations in the United States, developing business plans for
investment visas, create corporations and advise as to corporate law matters.

- Visa Application
- Develop job classifications, properly fill in forms, identify problem areas, develop
supporting documentation to solve identified problems which could cause a denial,
communicate with INS to follow up on petitions, represent clients at interviews when
necessary, represent clients before the immigration court and draft and file appeals.

- Adjustment of Status
- Draft adjustment of status forms, properly document the case for the interview, obtain a
work permit for the client, communicate with INS to follow up on the case, represent the
client at the interview and, in the case of the failure of Immigration to send the green
card timely, follow up the process.

- Labor Certification
- Research the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, review the Occupational Outlook
Handbook, develop a job description, properly fill out labor forms, determine if the case
should be Reduction In Recruitment or regular Labor Certificate, determine the prevailing
wage, place advertisements, file with local Department of Labor, work with Federal
Department of Labor, file forms with immigration, file adjustment of status petition and
represent the client at the interview.

- Litigation (Deportation, Asylum)
- Representing client before the immigration court, preparing trial motions, developing
deportation defenses, negotiation with the government and resolving the case.

- Appeals
- Draft appeals of employment denials, EOIR denials,
AAU denials,
BIA denials and do Federal Court Appeals.

believes in performing on a professional level of service. Our fees include all the
