Lindner & Lindner is currently serving their clients from their Yardley, PA; Philadelphia, PA and Farmington Hills, MI offices from USA. We are opening our first overseas division in Madras, India. 

Frank Billings Lindner, Esq. is holding a Jurist Doctorate degree in law from Thomas Cooley Law School, located in  Michigan. Mr. Lindner also is the current President of the National Immigration Association.  Mr. Lindner served as  chairman for the Pennsylvania Coalition, a group of thirty immigrant associations.  Mr. Lindner is also an active member in the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He has many years of experience working with immigration law.  He has served both Individual Iimmigrants and employers. Mr. Lindner has extensive litigation experience dealing with visas (H1B, L-1, K, J-1 waivers), adjustment of status (green card) applications and Federal Administration Court.

Martha F. Lindner, Esq. holds a  Jurist Doctorate degree from Villanova University Law School. She passed multi-state Bar Examination in top 10% of  the nation. She is also holding a BS degree from Trenton State College with highest honors. She ranked number 2 in a class of 1260. Ms. Linder is founding partner of the law firm. Ms. Lindner has served the community as a township attorney for Middletown Township from 1982 to 1984. She is a member of the US Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Third Circuit Federal Court. Ms. Lindner is founder of Citizens for Better Government, a political action committee. She is actively serving the community on political issues. Ms. Lindner has many years of experience working with Immigration Law and Family Law.

 Ibrahima Sanogo is holding a Paralegal Degree from Manor College (graduate honor student).  He is Lindner & Lindner's  head paralegal with comprehensive experience working with immigration issues.  Mr.Sanogo belongs to the Ivory Coast Association. He has served on the Board of the National Immigration Association and  Chairman of the Media Committee. He is fluent in four languages which are French, German, English and Malinke. Mr.Sanogo is a serious practitioner of the  Islamic Religion.  He serves as a leader in his Mosque.
